Mr. Kapil Sibal statement seems to be representing the Private Schools lobby.  He is not bothered whether private schools teachers get pay scales and other emoluments.  But, despite reading this no teacher came forward.  Yes, some teachers discussed their unhappiness on his statement.  But, unless teachers convert their unhappiness into visual and written anger, nothing is going to happen. Private schools teachers are adhoc workers.  Many new teachers work in private schools for early experience and private schools do not pay them a penny.  Yes, only a certificate is issued that so & so teacher has w  orked with us as .......... teacher and she is a remarkable teacher bla bla....
